| The Jack Crevelle is a member the Jack Family and cousin to the Great Amberjack, you know how hard they pull?
Jacks travel in schools and will turn you inside out should you hook a big one!
In the backcountry they come in all sizes from 1 lb. to 25 pounds or more from the smallest to the largest all will fight hard.
They will eat shrimp and live fish, jigs ,flies anything that moves fast.
Since they travel in schools, they almost always bite, 1st one to the food -eats so it is an aggressive strike.
Sometimes you find them churning up the bait so fast and furious that the water actually boils, throw into the middle of it for an instant strike and hard fight.
